ودور المدير التنفيذي هو إيجاد التوازن بين الأهداف البعيدة المدى والمشاريع القصيرة المدى, وتطوير الدعم للميزة التنافسية للشركة.
على المدير التنفيذي انشاء المرونة الاستراتيجية التي تسمح للشركة الاستجابة السريعة للظروف التنافسية وتطوير الميزة التنافسية.

Strategic leadership are the top management of the firm, like CEO. The role of CEO is to balance between long-term objectives and short-term projects, also to develop sustain competitive advantage to the firm.

CEO should establish strategic flexibility which allow the firm to respond quickly to the competitive conditions and develop competitive advantage.
